Data deletion

You can have all the data Riplo Panel holds about you deleted at any time. Pick whichever is easiest:

1. In the Panel (instant)

1. Sign in at panel.riplo.co.
2. Open Account and press Delete my account and data.

This removes your login, the Instagram and WhatsApp connections and their tokens, your post history, your WhatsApp messages and any video files still waiting to be published.

2. From Instagram

If you remove Riplo Panel from your Instagram account's Apps and websites settings, Instagram tells us and we delete the Instagram connection and the post history tied to that Instagram account. You will get a confirmation code. Check its status at https://panel.riplo.co/data-deletion/status?code=YOUR_CODE.

3. By email

Email [email protected] from the address you use in the Panel, or tell us the WhatsApp number you want removed. We will confirm within 30 days (usually within a few days).

What is deleted

• Panel login, Instagram and WhatsApp connection details and tokens.
• Post history and any uploaded video files.
• WhatsApp messages stored for you.

We keep only a record that a deletion happened (a confirmation code and the date), so you can check its status.
