Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Riplo Panel at panel.riplo.co ("the Panel"). By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Panel.

1. The service

The Panel lets you connect your own Instagram professional account and your own WhatsApp Business number, publish videos to Instagram (Reels and Stories) and send and receive WhatsApp messages. Accounts are currently created by Riplo for invited users.

2. Your accounts and responsibilities

• You may connect only accounts and numbers that you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for what you publish and send, and for having the rights to the videos you upload.
• Keep your login and any access tokens you paste into the Panel confidential. Tell us at once if you think they have been exposed.

3. Meta platform rules

The Panel works through Instagram and WhatsApp, so you must also follow Meta's terms and policies, including the Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and Meta Platform Terms. In particular:

• Message people on WhatsApp only if they have agreed to hear from you (opted in), and honour opt-outs straight away.
• Outside the 24-hour customer service window, only approved message templates may be sent.
• Do not send spam, unlawful, deceptive or harassing content, and do not publish content that breaks Instagram's rules.
• Meta may limit or block accounts that break its rules, and the Panel cannot override that.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Panel to break the law, to attack or overload it, to try to access other people's data, to resell access, or to bypass limits set by Meta or by us.

5. Your content and data

You keep all rights to your videos, captions and messages. You give us permission to store and transmit them only as needed to run the features you use. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

The Panel is provided as is, depends on services we do not control (Meta, hosting) and may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn. Features described as planned, including MCP access, are not part of the service until we release them.

7. Ending

You can stop using the Panel and delete your account and data at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms or to protect the service or other people.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Riplo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for actions taken by Meta against your accounts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the Panel. Continuing to use the Panel after that means you accept the change.
